Flu Season will be here before you know it, so plan on getting a flu shot to protect yourself. I got mine today and so did our oldest for FREE!!!! Our area health department had an excerise drill to help them in planning in case there was ever an epidemic that they would need to deal with, and you got a free flu shot for participating in the drill! But you had to be 19 or older to participate, so our 17 year old will have to get his later. (The boys are asthmatic and have chronic lung problems so they have got the flu shot for MANY years, my DH, their DD doesn't get one-just won't do it). Pretty good though for the two of us to get ours and for FREE!!

It's been a while!
Well, it sure has been a while since I have been able to post, we have and are still going thru some tests with our youngest-please keep him in your prayers. We are awaiting some nerve testing and some other tests and will go from there. I also have been put back into a "boot cast", but this time on my left foot--guess it felt left out--I was only in it for the right foot for 10 months!!! UGGHHHHGGHH!!!! Anyway, long stories on both parts--maybe another time, lets get back to saving money, getting some deals and tips and tricks!!
